With nearly two decades of experience in real estate, Tim Mullins has proven expertise in virtually every facet of the industry. In his early years, his real estate career launched alongside Christa Huffstickler, now Owner and CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta, serving as a developer services on-site sales advisor in 2004. The exposure to a variety of clientele and product types in the new construction marketplace for nearly 5 years alongside one of Atlanta’s most powerful, award-winning real estate leaders, has subjected Tim to the intricacies and strategic positioning that every successful real estate transaction entails, from start to finish, positioning him to serve his clients with the most robust skillsets and knowledge-base. Working in a new home sales capacity has exposed Tim to a multitude of scenarios where overcoming objections and representing his clientele with the utmost dedication were his main priority, allowing him to carry this knowledgebase into his approach to real estate sales today.
In his heart of hearts, Tim is a people person. He loves more than anything the ability to see his clients through and prioritize their best interests regardless of the barriers they may encounter. His ultimate goal and true passion is to serve his local, beloved Atlanta community in a way that helps them achieve their real estate dreams from Intown Atlanta, to the suburbs, and beyond. His innate entrepreneurial mindset has allowed himself to gain experience in many facets of real estate beyond just the transaction itself – some of which include interior design and architectural design – that ultimately afford his clients a well-rounded industry expert that is able to advise in each category.
As a current resident of Atlanta, Tim’s passions far exceed real estate, and in his spare time, you’ll find him at the Mercedes Benz stadium enjoying one of many Atlanta United games with his husband, friends, family, and clients. As a man who has never missed an Atlanta United game ever in history, his loyalty is apparent in everything he does, and it is most certainly evident in each of his real estate transactions from start to finish.

I am a Mexican restaurant addict. I will travel for good food and a great margarita. Zapata in downtown Norcross is the best followed closely by Oaxaca in Lawrenceville.
